Q: Where can 1st Choice MBC warranties be purchased?
A: Any auto dealer in our six states that are signed up on the 1st Choice program.

Q: What is covered and not covered?
A: Coverage is listed on our website. See your dealer for a copy of the contract for complete details.

Q: Where can I take my car for warranty repairs?
A: Any licensed facility in the U.S.

Q: What is the claims procedure and how are claims paid?
A: Customer must get vehicle to a repair facility to determine problem. Once shop has diagnosed the problem, they must call our claims office and report their findings. If it’s a claim that 1st Choice is liable for, a claims adjuster will give an authorization for the repairs. Once repairs are completed, the repair shop may submit the repair order to 1st Choice for payment or the customer can pay the shop and get reimbursed. See contract for complete claims procedure.

Q: What assurance do I have that claims will be paid in the future?
A: All of our contracts are directly insured by an AM Best rated insurance company.

Q: Is my warranty transferable.
A: Yes. If you sell your vehicle, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner at no cost. See your warranty contract for complete details

Q: Can I cancel my warranty?
A: Yes. Your warranty can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund, minus any claims paid. Thereafter, it will be prorated on time or mileage, whichever is greater, less a $50.00 cancellation fee and any claims paid. See your warranty contract for complete details.
